Instruction FAQs:

Q: What is your cancellation policy with group and private classes?

A: 72 hour or more: 100% credit towards another class, good for 1 year.
72-24 Hours: 50% credit towards another class, good for 1 year.
Less than 24 hours: No credit will be given.

Q: How long is the season?

A: Simon teaches in the Seattle area Tuesday through Saturday. Chris and Brandon have more flexible schedules and between the two of them we can schedule private classes 7 days a week, year round (weather permitting).

Q: Where are the sessions?

A: Sessions are held at Seattle Area Parks and/or out the I-90 corridor. Want help in finding out what’s right for you? Contact us!

Q: What happens if the weather isn’t good on our chosen day?

A: We ride in light rain, but do reschedule for heavy rain, heavy wind, or electrical storms. Riders will be rescheduled at no charge. All instructional credits purchased are good for one full year from the date of purchase. Due to high demand for our time, we are not able to extend this period.

Q: Can I share a private session with a rider of a different skill level?

A: Yes, as long as the kind of terrain the more advanced rider wants to work on doesn’t put the other(s) at risk, it’s fine to have varied levels of ridership within a class. Simon and his instructors excel at teaching to various ability levels within a given group. For a first session together, your group can have riders from beginner to expert. You will all go away changed riders. Cornering and general trail skills can be taught to a group with highly varied skill.
