Cancellation Policy: 

Fluidride is not responsible for costs associated with cancellation of flights, and we recommend choosing a carrier with flexible credit systems in place.

All trips are required to be covered by trip insurance. We recommend World Nomads, which allows riders to be fully-reimbursed in most cases.

> Deposits:

We require a $500 deposit in order to hold a rider’s spot on a trip.  

  • All deposits ($500) are fully-refundable for 7 days following deposit date.

> Remaining Payment:

  • Greater than 4 months prior to the trip start date:  The rider is eligible for a 75% refund of the full cost of the trip (minus deposit), or full credit for a future trip (minus deposit).

  • Within 4 months from trip start date, the rider is responsible for the full cost of the trip, even if on a payment plan. No credit will be given for future trips.

What if I just want to pay in full now?

No problem! We can send you a special payment form for that.

What happens if we get inclement weather and the trails are not rideable?

While weather-related cancellations of rides are rare, (we always do our best to get you on the trail), we are not responsible for the weather, which can change quickly in these areas. There might be days where riding is not possible. On such days we do our best to ensure you have a great time, either hanging out with the crew or heading into town for fun. In seven years, we’ve only canceled a couple of days, so come prepared to ride!

What if there’s a cancellation due to pandemic, international conflict, or other factors beyond Fluidride’s control?

You will receive a credit toward a future trip, for the full price paid. We will also prioritize getting you on a spot on a future trip.

Note: 

  • If the credit is greater than the amount of the new trip chosen, no money shall be refunded. 

  • If the trip chosen is more expensive than the rider’s credit, the rider will be responsible for the difference in cost.
