Cancellation Policy: 

Fluidride is not responsible for costs associated with flight cancellations, and we recommend choosing a carrier with a flexible credit policy.

All trips are required to be covered by trip insurance. We recommend World Nomads, which allows riders to be fully-reimbursed in most cases.

> Deposits:

We require a $500 deposit to hold a rider’s spot on a trip.  Deposits ($500) are fully refundable for 7 days following the deposit date.

What if I just want to pay in full now?

No problem! We can send you a special payment form for that.

What happens if we get inclement weather and the trails are not rideable?

While weather-related cancellations of rides are rare, (we always do our best to get you on the trail), we are not responsible for the weather, which can change quickly in these areas. There might be days where riding is not possible. On such days we do our best to ensure you have a great time, either hanging out with the crew or heading into town for fun. In seven years, we’ve only canceled a couple of days, so come prepared to ride!
