What is Retreat Support?

If you’d like to bring your very own retreat to life, this is for you! Retreat Support is designed to fast-track you in building your own retreat, which can be focused on any theme that you’re most passionate about.

While you’ll be in charge of coordinating the guests and activities, we’ll provide the major logistics to save you the substantial upfront time and money investment to getting your retreat off the ground.

Instead of investing countless hours and dollars researching and securing lodging, building room descriptions, renting vehicles, coordinating drivers, purchasing and creating visual assets, and building organizational systems, we can streamline all of this for a very reasonable per-person cost.

We’ve spent years putting together the building blocks for our own mountain bike retreats, and now you have the opportunity to skip the hassle and go straight to creating an experience and selling to your guests.

Since these experiences can be fully customized, they would also make a great destination for a group of friends, smaller wedding, or reunion. With everything gathered in the same location and all the logistics handled, you can focus on quality time with each other and making memories to last a lifetime.

Todos Santos is the ideal location for a meaningful and memorable retreat!

Culture and Community: Famous for being a palm oasis on the Baja peninsula, Todos Santos is bursting with local charm. It’s safe, welcoming, and vibrant environment that will capture anyone’s heart.
Fabulous Weather: The average rainfall during this time is 0”, and the average temperatures are usually in the 60’s overnight and 70’s and low 80’s during the daytime.
Accessibility: Simply fly into Cabo (an easy, direct flight from most major U.S. cities) then drive 75 min north.
Practice Locations: There are a wide variety of serene locations for yoga or any other practie!
- At the hotel: Around the pool under the palm trees, or on the rooftop above the Villas
- Cuatro Vientos Yoga facility during non-class times, which is right next door. We have worked with the owner to allow clinic style classes to take place during times when the facility is not in use.
  - You are also welcome to take your crew to existing classes which are about $12 per person.
- Morning practice at Doce Cuarenta: We’ve worked with the owners here to allow us to use the decks outside for morning practice. Practice could be followed by coffee and breakfast in this amazing location!
- Sky Deck at San Cristobal: This outdoor practice space is available at most times to us, but is best used for sunrise or sunset yoga as it is outside. There are also stunning ocean views and hikes at this location!
- Las Palmas Beach: This flat and packed beach is the perfect spot for an outdoor practice. We have private access to the far end of the beach and can drop your clients literally on the beach, which is not normally possible.

How it works

Roles for you, the Host

Create the retreat schedule and coordinate all activities
- We can help you with ideas and local connections!
Sell to your guests and collect their payments
- We’ll give you the assets needed to help match guests to specific rooms
- There is an 8-person minimum per retreat, which includes the hosts
All guest communications, prior to / during / post-retreat
- We’re happy to send best practices based on our experience
Host your guests in-person, although we will also be present for transportation needs

Roles for us, your Retreat Support Team:

Secure and provide your lodging and provide all the assets needed to sell specific rooms to your guests.
Provide vehicles and drivers needed to provide airport pickup and drop-off, as well as daily transport to one activity each day
Give you media and visual assets so you can easily promote your retreat
Share all our operations best-practices so you don’t have to reinvent the wheel

Pricing

Tiered pricing is based on total number of persons joining the retreat, including hosts:

$1700 / person for first 8 persons*
$1600 / person for 9th & 10th persons
$1500 / person for 11th & 12th persons
$1400 / person for 13th & 14th persons
$1300 / person for 15th & 16th persons

*8 person minimum per retreat

Details:

Retreats typically run from Sunday to Saturday
- Options for 4-day, 5-day, or 6-day tour are also available for a reduced rate

Payment Options

Payment plans are available! Simply submit a deposit upfront to hold your retreat week, and then pay monthly installments (interest-free) for the remainder:

Deposit is $2500 to hold your retreat week. Deposit is refundable up to two weeks following payment date when made prior to October 1st, and no deposits will be refundable starting October 1st.
The remainder of the weekly minimum fee (8 persons x $1700/person, minus deposit) can be paid in one lump sum or in interest-free monthly installments. The weekly minimum fee must be paid in full six weeks before the retreat start date.
Final payment (covering guests above and beyond the weekly minimum) must be paid 3 weeks prior to retreat start date.
