The Foundation of Fluidride — and the Fastest Way to Transform Your Riding

Trail Essentials encapsulates the core of Fluidride Methodology. In this class, riders spend about 45 minutes working on braking and body position while moving through terrain. The remainder of the course focuses on proper cornering technique.

Why This Class Matters

Cornering is perhaps the single most important element in mountain biking. Beginners build safe habits. Intermediates fix long-standing inefficiencies. Experts and pros gain more speed, traction, and margin for error.

The 2 hour 45 minute format allows every skill to be broken down clearly, practiced repeatedly, and refined with individualized feedback.
