The Foundation of Fluidride — and the Fastest Way to Transform Your Riding
Trail Essentials is the core of the Fluidride method and the only prerequisite for Advanced Cornering. This class delivers the highest concentration of technique, correction, and meaningful improvement that Simon teaches.
Whether you’re new or experienced, this course builds your fundamentals so you can ride with more confidence, traction, and control. Riders consistently say they feel a dramatic difference after just one session.
Why This Class Matters
Cornering influences nearly every part of mountain biking. Trail Essentials gives you a repeatable, stable riding position and the technical understanding behind it—so your movement becomes intentional, predictable, and fast.
Beginners build safe habits. Intermediates fix long-standing inefficiencies. Experts and pros gain more speed, traction, and margin for error.
The 2 hour 45 minute format allows every skill to be broken down clearly, practiced repeatedly, and refined with individualized feedback.
