You can sell the spots individually, invite your team, or create a customized experience.
How Our Baja Partnership Program Works
With over a decade of experience building mountain bike tours, we’ve created the ideal winter escape in Baja, Mexico. We offer three different ways to partner with us; everything from your own custom tour, to simply providing a sales lead.
Option 1: Full Ownership
Create your own tour! You will get your own private week, and will be able to fully customize the experience for your guests. You may also brand these tours under your name.
Minimum Commitment: You will pay per rider, with an 8 rider minimum.
Commissions: You pay $2199 per rider for the first 8 riders, and the remainder of the sale price goes to you (Approximately $800 per rider). Cost per rider drops to $1999 for each additional rider (Approximately $1000 per rider for you).
Date Selection: We will work with you to reserve dates between November and April for your private tour offering.
Payment Processing: You will process payments from your riders.
Rider Sign-up: You will communicate with potential guests, make the sale, and assign rooms.
Sales Infrastructure: You will need to create any infrastructure needed to sell your tours (e.g. website pages) but we will provide the collateral needed for this, such as room videos and marketing materials.
Pre-Trip Coordination: You will coordinate all the pre-trip communications with guests, including gathering flight times, bike reservations, and any special requests.
Onsite Operations: We will do the guiding and run the logistics of the tour, but you may fully customize the offering and brand under your name.
Option 2: Partnership
This mirrors the Full Ownership program, but we process payments and build the website collateral for you. You will have your own private tour week and may brand these tours under your name.
Minimum Commitment: You will pay per rider, with an 8 rider minimum.
Commissions: You pay $2399 per rider for the first 8 riders, and the remainder of the sale price goes to you (Approximately $600 per rider). Cost per rider drops to $2199 for each additional rider (Approximately $800 per rider for you).

Payment Processing: Fluidride will process payments from your riders, including payment plans.

Sales Infrastructure: Fluidride will build you a website page to sell your tour, and will provide marketing materials for your own sales initiatives.

Option 3: Affiliate
Focused on simply providing sales leads, this requires minimal time investment. You may also share a discount code with interested riders, encouraging them to indicate that you sent them.
Minimum Commitment: No minimum
Commissions: You receive $200 per rider that signs up, and each rider also receives $50 off (as an incentive to sign up through you)
Date Selection: Riders will join Fluidride’s pre-set tours (approximately 5-7 weeks to choose from)
Payment Processing: Fluidride will process payments from your riders, including payment plans.
Rider Sign-up: Fluidride will communicate with potential guests, make the sale, and assign rooms.
Sales Infrastructure: Riders will sign up on Fluidride’s Baja Tour website. We will also provide you marketing materials to help with any of your sales initiatives.
Pre-Trip Coordination: Fluidride will coordinate all the pre-trip communications with guests, including gathering flight times, bike reservations, and any special requests.
Onsite Operations: Fluidride will do the guiding and run the logistics of the tour.
Spots sell for an average of $3,000 per rider.
(Per-rider pricing ranges from $2699-$3699, depending on room and occupancy.)

Mechanical support from the local bike shop, at no cost to your clients

Payment Options
Full Ownership or Partnership programs:
If you are reserving a full week for your guests, the deposit is $3000 to lock in your week.
Deposit is refundable up to two weeks following payment date when made prior to September 1st, and no deposits will be refundable starting September 1st.
Upon booking, we will set up a monthly payment plan so that the minimum payment (covering the 8 rider minimum) is completed 6 weeks prior to the tour start date.
Final payment (for riders above and beyond the 8 minimum) must be paid 3 weeks prior to tour start date.

Retreats typically run Saturday-Saturday or Sunday-Sunday (8-days, 7 nights)
