Trail Essentials: For beginner and intermediate riders, you will develop sustainable body position and techniques, while learning the best drills to reinforce good habits.

Jumping Essentials: This is the best place to start for all levels of air skills! This course helps you understand the mechanics of jumps, common mistakes, and how to jump cleanly with a smooth arc and landing.

Trail Skill Foundations 1-Day: Geared toward beginner and intermediate riders, this course allows riders to break down riding techniques, weed out bad habits while solidifying new skills. This course includes body position, various cornering skills, undulating terrain, and air skills.

Advanced Cornering: This course is for riders that have taken Trail Essentials and are comfortable and confident executing the skills taught in that class, including consistent footwork and a solid understanding of front-foot and back-foot turns. Must be an intermediate rider at a minimum.
