“I absolutely love educating and inspiring others to find their flow state through mountain biking! Whether I’m sending it down a gnarly double-black, or coasting through a groomed green (both are awesome), nothing quite compares to the feeling of full-intentioned, energized riding.”

Jane is a Fluidride coach and customer service team member who brings her passion for mountain biking, teaching, and community to everything she does. Since joining the coaching team in 2021, she’s empowered countless riders with her fun, approachable energy (and the occasional batch of cookies). Jane believes that anyone can gain the confidence and skill to make mountain biking a lifelong pursuit through proper instruction.

A mother to a toddler and a five-year-old, Jane knows the importance of patience, adaptability, and showing up with heart. She brings these values to every coaching session, fostering self-motivation, passion, and a strong sense of community.

Jane has a strong history of supporting women in mountain biking, from coaching beginners to serving as a women’s MTB club captain in Utah. She loves helping riders reach new skill levels and confidence.

Her journey also includes coaching a high school team, organizing community events, and competing in enduro and cross-country races. With a BA in history education and years of teaching experience, Jane combines educational expertise with MTB knowledge to create thoughtful, confidence-building instruction.

And yes—she biked through pregnancy, even on her due date. Mountain biking is truly her obsession.
